一、國立成功大學外文系誠徵語言學領域專任助理教授(含)以上教師1名，收件自即日起至114 年12月31日(星期三)止，一律以電子通訊方式申請，文件不齊者，恕不受理。
二、申請者須具語言學或語言教學相關研究專長博士學位，具跨領域(例：語言治療、心理語言學、AI、口譯等)相關教學與研究尤佳，具其他領域專長請註記以利審查。
三、應聘候選人需配合教授本系專業課程及基礎語言訓練課程，依職級每週至少安排 8 鐘點課程。經本校教評會審議通過者，最快自115年8月1日起聘。(無助理教授證書者，起聘日為通過博士論文外審及校教評會審議後始可聘任。)

Faculty Position Announcement Department of Foreign Languages and Literature, National Cheng Kung University
I. Opening:
1. Full-time assistant professorship and above.
2. Field of Specialty: Ph.D. in Linguistics and Language Teaching. Applicants may notify us of other specialties than those listed above to facilitate the review process. Interdisciplinary expertise (e.g., in Speech Therapy, Psycholinguistics, Artificial Intelligence, Interpreting, etc.) is especially welcome. Applicants with other areas of specialization are also encouraged to specify them for review consideration.
II. General requirements 1. Ph.D. degree in the fields specified above 2. Teaching experience at the college level
III. Obligations 1. Appointment may begin on August 1, 2026. (The appointment of an applicant without a Teacher’s Certificate issued by the MOE of ROC will be effective only after the external review of the doctoral dissertation is completed, and the case has passed the review by the NCKU Teacher Evaluation Committee). 2. Minimum teaching hours are 8 per week, with the priority of course assignment given to FLLD required courses, English Composition, and Oral Training courses.
IV. Required items for document review 1. CV 2. Highest degree certificate and official transcript 3. Candidates holding an “Assistant Professor” (or higher) teaching certificate from the Ministry of Education for colleges and universities are preferred 4. Certificate(s) of Appointment issued by at least one university or college that the applicant has ever served 5. Ph.D. dissertation and 2 to 4 academic publications within the past five years 6. Publication list/record and list of academic projects ever conducted 7. Descriptions & sample syllabi of the courses the applicant has ever taught or courses the applicant proposes to offer 8. Three recommendation letters should be signed, scanned as PDF files, and then emailed to the department office directly by the letter writers

VI. Qualified candidates will be informed about an interview and teaching demonstration at the department in Tainan. The candidate’s absence from the interview will be considered renunciation of the candidacy.
